Company Profile
For some years now, Enterprise Ireland (EI) has funded our research into how we believe the power of Gravity can be harnessed and turned into Electricity. This represents a new form of renewable energy.

To this end, we used the EI funding to commission extensive research. The business is called Gravity Electricity and is based in Dalkey, Co. Dublin, Ireland. We also secured the Internet Domain, www.gravityelectricity.net. The business has not yet begun trading.
The research has been developed in conjunction with Trinity College Dublin whose most eminent Professor of Engineering has completed the Proof of Concept document.

We have a full-time in-house Engineer and our Consultant Engineer is Professor at Columbia University in New York.
There are several traditional elements to our development. These include the Generator and Storage systems. There are also several unique developments that allow us to secure the power of gravity. The most important of these are the power harness which we have called the GECA (Gravity Energy Capturing Apparatus) and the Multiplier which takes the power captured by the GECA and speeds it up to levels sufficient to drive the turbine.
Both of these devices and all of the know-how associated with how to employ them constitutes significant Intellectual Property, all of which resides exclusively with the business, but which it is proposed will be transferred to the company on securing investment.

We have put in place an IP Protection Strategy from the outset and this requires that the many individual pieces which together make up Gravity Electricity’s constituent elements are each specific to different supplier companies. Only we have all the pieces and know how they fit together.
