ABC to get us from where we are to where we can be of service to the planet

Business Plan

Stage A. We will make an application for a patent and register this as a patent-pending.  €150k

Stage B. We will undertake 1/12th scale testing and add the results to the patent-pending which can then become a full patent, to be rolled out globally. €5.8m

Stage C. Broad Research plan:

We will offer an IPO to licence the technology to infrastructure manufacturers (our OEMs) to be employed by Power companies. €20m

Stage A - Seeding

Preparation is now COMPLETED and suitable Lawyers and Patent Attorneys are in place, briefed, and awaiting the green light. The Proof Of Concept has been signed off by Trinity College Dublin and final designs for the Power Take-Off are approved and ready for prototype manufacture along with various individually Patentable components.  We seek 6 x $25k investors for a 5% stake (8,333 shares each) with an expected ROI of 5X within 24months and where a 40% tax deduction is available to qualified investors.  5 of these places have been applied for and are undergoing due diligence.

Stage B - Round 1

Is to file the International Patent Pending and will cost circa. €5,8m over an 18-24 month period. This includes salary for a Senior Project Manager going forward, proposed to be founder Kenneth Joyce. Here we will employ a large engineering team to further develop Intellectual Property to be added to the Patents Pending. A mixture of Private Equity and Government funding is expected to be used for this.

Stage C - Round 2

IPO on Nasdaq or GEM.to continue our research and licence our patents to the likes of Siemens and General Electric who will then manufacture the apparatus and sell the electricity to international grids.
